Janet is one smart cookie, receiving her Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Honors prior to pursuing her 33+ year Real Estate career, starting in 1987.  Janet has always had a love for homes – from old to new, so it’s no wonder her and her husband Gary combined forces with Sarasota Homes + Sarasota Realty creating a family run business that now includes both daughters + sons-in-law, as well as a niece!  The two have been working in tandem for over 25 years.  Janet is a well-awarded Realtor receiving Top 3 Realtors in the Alberta Capital Region award as well as becoming a member of the EREB 5 Million Dollar Club.  Her attention to detail mixed with her compassionate + patient disposition has made for countless repeat clients and referral business.  She has seen it all and is unwavered by the ever-changing realty market.
