Realtor + Broker with Sarasota Realty,  Ryan has always been a “numbers guy.” He received his Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Lethbridge, continuing his education and receiving his CPA/CA designation thereafter.  He worked as an accountant for 7 years but decided to pursue real estate alongside his wife (Kristin), becoming licensed and joining the family business in 2009 as a realtor and subsequently, broker. Ryan has built his success by being the first guy in, last guy out type of worker. Nose to the grind, he works around the clock for his clients. A master of the trade, he’s always studying industry stats and marketing techniques to ensure his clients are positioned appropriately in the market.  Hard-hitting, on one hand, Ryan is easy going, positive and forward-thinking. He loves a good laugh and is exceptionally patient (he has to be, he lives with 4 women + pup Magnolia).  He’s definitely one to have in your corner as you enter the real estate market.  When Ryan isn’t working, look up. You’ll find him flying the skies as he’s a total aviation buff!  If he’s grounded he’s either making memories with his wife (Kristin) and 3 daughters or enjoying the great outdoors golfing, camping, or playing hockey.

Little known fact – Ryan goes on a yearly fishing/camping trip with his dad and brother, finding an amazing new lake across Canada each year.
