History
- Established in 1903
- Takes up 129 Hectares
- One of the few neighbourhoods in St. Albert that has a back lanes/alley way features
- In 1958, Sir Alexander Mackenzie school was opened
- Fowler track opened in 1979 as part of the Alberta Summer Games
- By 1970, majority of lots were completely developed and more estate homes were being constructed
- In 1980’s, city of St. Albert implemented a motion to maintain single family homes and stop construction of new estate homes
- To this day, many estate homes still remain in the community, however majority of the homes are single detached
