Riverside is one of St. Albert’s new and growing communities located along the Sturgeon River on the west side of town. Construction in Riverside began in 2010 and has been slowly growing since then. This neighbourhood is planned to have a variety of parks and amenities by completion. Riverside sits adjacent to Ville Giroux, Lacombe Park, Mission, Riel Business Park, and Sturgeon County. As its name states, this neighbourhood is beside the Sturgeon River.
