Head of Sarasota Realty – Staging Division as well as a Broker, Kristin is the mastermind behind the iconic “staged to sell” perk of listing with Sarasota Realty.  She received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta, and in her last year of schooling obtained her Real Estate license. She has always loved working for family run businesses, including the original St. Albert Bridal House. It was here that she realized she also loved creating relationships with people + playing a pivotal part in their HUGE life milestones. Real Estate gave her this opportunity. After 2 successful years of working as a realtor, Kristin obtained her Broker’s license.  Teaming up with her mom, Janet – they created the Sarasota Realty Brokerage to create a new and local realty company for the St. Albert community. A natural giver, she wanted more for her clients. She began staging homes to assist in the selling process. Her keen eye for style + décor took flight and the company has grown it’s staging division into a professional service offered to all local listings, specially curated by a professional team of home stagers and touch up experts to suit the needs and style of each home.  Driven, creative and full of heart – she sees and does things others don’t and that has set her up for a very successful career. When Kristin isn’t at work, you won’t find her in one spot. She has 3 gymnast daughters and an adorable puppy (Magnolia) of which she shares with her husband (high school sweetheart + business associate), Ryan.

Little known fact – Kristin is allergic to everything in the sea and yet she still loves the ocean!
